	Click on the + next to Line Items Click on the + next to Commitment Select (highlight) Cost centers: Commitment line items
	Double click on Cost centers: Commitment line items or click on or press [F2] to access the report.

Display Commitment Line Items for Cost Centers: Initial Screen
Cost center	Enter a cost center number. If unknown, click on to access a matchcode. To report on a range of cost centers, enter the last cost center in the range. Use To fields only for a contiguous range. If unknown, click on to access a matchcode. Click on to access the Multiple Selection for Cost Center pop-up window where single values and ranges can be entered for inclusion or exclusion.
Cost center group	If no entry was made in the Cost Center field, enter the cost centre group number. If unknown, click on to access a matchcode.
Cost element	Enter a cost element. If unknown, click on to access a matchcode. If you are reporting on a range of cost elements, enter the last cost element you want included in the range. Use To fields only for a contiguous range. If unknown, click on to access a matchcode. Click on to access the Multiple Selection for Cost Elements pop-up window where single values and ranges can be entered for inclusion or exclusion.
Cost element group	If no entry was made in the Cost Element field, enter a cost element group. If unknown, click on to access a matchcode.
Expected debit date (from)	Enter the starting date for line item information display. This is the date from which the open item(s) may have been posted.
Expected debit (to)	Enter the ending date for line item information display.
	Click on to run the report.

	To view a document, double click on the document number.
	To exit the report, click on or press [F15].
	The report has been displayed.
