Refund Policy

Course Cancelled:

If a course is cancelled any tuition fees pre-paid will be refunded.

Cancellations will always be communicated in writing as soon as possible before the actual start of a course.

Course Delayed or Re-scheduled:

If a course start date is changed any tuition fees pre-paid will be refunded. Optionally, pre-paid tuition fees can be used for payment on the re-scheduled course.

Delay of, or re-scheduling of, a course will always be communicated in writing as soon as possible before the actual start of a course.

Withdrawal:

A full refund will be made, if you withdraw from the course before the beginning of the second session of the course. Your withdrawal must be communicated in writing. Any materials provided must be returned in "new" condition or a penalty will be assessed.

If you withdraw from the course at any time later than above, refunds will be pro-rated. Course materials provided cannot be returned for credit. Any fees, such as license fees paid on your behalf are not refundable, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be made based on method of Tuition Fee payment. If payment was made by cheque the cheque will be returned if still possible. If it is not possible to return the original cheque, a refund cheque will be mailed to you. This will take 2 to 4 weeks.
