In Serowe, Botswana, the Khama III Memorial Museum has preserved the nation’s history since 1985 – including the papers of the Khama dynasty who played a key role in the African country’s path to independence.
Now, in partnership with the University of Toronto librarians, the museum will digitize and share its collections with scholars around the world while keeping the original artifacts on-site.
