The impact of U of T’s Landmark Project continues to grow. The latest phase of Project Leap — the university’s plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions on the St. George campus by more than 50 percent by 2027 — is connecting the Medical Sciences Building and other key buildings around King’s College Circle to Canada’s largest urban geoexchange system. As work continues throughout summer 2025, construction fencing around the site highlights U of T’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.
