The Bulletin is the university’s bi-weekly internal e-publication. The Bulletin consists of links to content about U of T’s staff and faculty previously published online across the university’s campuses, faculties and divisions, as well stories published on U of T News. In addition, The Bulletin shares information and announcements that serve the university’s staff and faculty.

The Bulletin publishes twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday, and once a week on Thursday from April to August, December and during holidays.
For Tuesday publications – content should be submitted, at the latest, before the preceding Friday.
For Thursday publications – content should be submitted, at the latest, before the preceding Tuesday.
Summer publication schedule: Delivered on Thursdays through April and August and resumes a regular schedule after the Labour Day weekend.
U of T staff members are encouraged to submit links to news about their department, faculty, research or work to share with the U of T community. Please ensure that your content is submitted for consideration by the weekly deadlines to firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to the existing article or post.
The Bulletin shares stories and information via U of T links. Stories submitted for consideration are ready for publication, with structured and researched content. Pieces considered for the Working at U of T section will feature relevant opportunities, information and announcements for staff. Events will be of broad interest to U of T staff and faculty and are typically featured once.
Members of the U of T community can submit photos or videos posted on social media (Instagram or Twitter) by using the hashtag #uoftbulletin or #UofT for The Bulletin’s Social Media Highlight section.
