"I love being able to enjoy a morning swim at the Athletic Centre, a delicious lunch at The Faculty Club, and the various social activities at Hart House...the Joint Membership Plan is one of the most versatile memberships in Toronto, available for a fantastic price.
Richard Ashmore,
U of T pension specialist

What is the Joint Membership Plan?

The Joint Membership Plan offers a combined and discounted membership fee for all three facilities that is also subsidized by the University of Toronto as an employee and pensioner benefit. You pay the monthly discounted fee either as a payroll deduction similar to other employee benefits, or through pre-payment options for pensioners.

Use the Human Resources & Equity Benefit Plan Cost Sheet for a current breakdown of fees.

Fee Structure

The Joint Membership Plan fee represents a combined and discounted membership fee for all three facilities, which is then subsidized by the University of Toronto as an employee and pensioner benefit.

The remainder – your share – is then paid monthly either as a payroll deduction similar to other employee benefits, or through pre-payment options for pensioners.
