MENS OPEN
 Don Baker:
  • Don's nickname is "The Legend"
  • He is a resident of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
  • He holds the slalom record at 18.7 points.
  • Don also holds the Canadian record for jump at 21.7 metres.
  • Don "The Legend" Baker has competed at four World Championships, as well as two Extreme Games
Gordie Croteau:
 
  • Although Gordie is a Canadian, he lives and teaches at a water ski school in Arizona.
  • Gordie took a short hiatus in the early 1990's , he has been steadily improving.
  • He won the men's overall Canadian Championship in 1997, in Edmonton.

  • Gordie was also a member of the Canadian Team, which competed at the 1998 Worlds in Sydney, Australia.

    Richard Grey:
     

  •  Richard is the most experienced skier in the country.
  • He is involved in all aspects of barefooting; as a competitor, a coach, and organizer and a committee member.
  • Richard sits on the world Barefoot Council, the Canadian Committee and the Pan Am Council.

  • He has skied in numerous World Championships and has also bee the team coach, the manager and the captain of the Canadian team.

    Mike Terry:
     

  •  Mike is a 29 years old school teacher.
  • He lives with his wife, Ronnalee and his dog, "Gym" in Florida.
  • He skied for Canada in the 1994 Worlds and most recently the 1998 Worlds in Sydney, Australia.

  • Mike is a member of the Pan Am Council, as well as, the WSCBC.

    Rob Doherty:
     

  •  Rob lives in Guelph, Ontario and works as a massage therapist.
  • Rob has been competing since the 1980's, which makes him one of the most experienced skiers in Canada.
  • Rob is known for being able to jam more tricks in a run than anyone in the country.

  • Rob has always been a consistent jumper and contender in the overall race in the Open Mens category.
