Team Canada
The world championships are held every
two years, and this is the 12th event. Canada has sent an official national
team to every event, except the first. Canada has greatly improved it's
international standing over that time. In 1992, the team returned with
an overall bronze medal in the team competition. The first individual medalists
were Karyn Cromwell ( a bronze) and Beth Leboff (a gold). In 1994, Ryan
Andrew, a present team member took a silver medal at the Jr. World Championships.
