The University of Toronto is in the process of simplifying and standardizing classroom A/V equipment.

(This refers to 'centrally controlled' rooms rented out to the University whole; individual departments will specify the equipment for their own classrooms.)

Large halls will have (or already have) the Teaching Station, featuring a touch-screen and on-board computer.

Medium rooms will have a Teaching Station Junior, which is a simplified platform for hooking up your laptop to the ceiling mounted projector.

All rooms are also to have a portable height-adjustable Lectern.
