The Station is bolted down for power and data connections through the floor.

Instructors have tried very hard to move the station, potentially causing permanent damage to the hard-wired connections.
Please don't push the station over. (Seriously).

In an ideal world the podium would be movable, but Tesla's wireless energy from 1891 is somehow still not commercially available.
