Since its founding, the Society for Utopian Studies
has been involved with the publication of two journals, a
book series, a special issue of the Journal of General
Education, a volume published by Indiana University of
Pennsylvania, the Directory of Utopian Scholars, and the Society's
newsletter Utopus Discovered.
Founded in 1988 and edited by Nicole Pohl, Utopian
Studies is a biannual journal publishing scholarly articles
on a wide range of subjects related to utopias, utopianism,
utopian literature, utopian theory, and intentional communities.
Each issue also includes dozens of reviews of recent books.
