Corrections to Chapter 10

[10,11] Figure 10.5, page 507 second line in figure

The line that reads
<IMG SRC="mr_bobby.gif" USEMAP="mapname">
should instead read
<IMG SRC="mr_bobby.gif" USEMAP="#mapname">
That is, there is a missing hash character in front of the map name.
