[11] URL Encoding error, page 355, section on ISINDEX and FORM Encoding

Percent signs are encoded as %25 -- the text mistakenly says that they are encoded as %2F.

[1] URL error on pages 358 2'd line from the bottom.

The statement "...HTTP usess default port number 443 ..." should read" "...HTTPS uses default port number 443 ..." (it should be HTTPS, not HTTP).
