Air Canada is the official airline of NASSR 2020. Round-trip flights booked with Air Canada for a travel period between Wednesday, July 29, 2020 to Sunday, August 16, 2020 are eligible for a discount of 5% to 12%, depending on the type of booking (factors incl. cabin class, duration of travel, intl. vs. domestic, and so on). Information for Non-Canadian Travelers
When you enter Canada, a border services officer will ask to see your passport and a valid visa, if you need one.
Citizens from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Mexico, Singapore, Sweden, Morocco, Japan, Jamaica, Thailand, and others do not require a visa to enter Canada. Find out if you need a visa to enter Canada before you leave your home country by visiting www.canadainternational.gc.ca.

If you are a U.S. citizen, you need a passport to fly to or transit through a Canadian airport. To enter Canada by land or boat as a U.S. citizen, you must carry proof of your citizenship, such as a passport, birth certificate, a certificate of citizenship or naturalization, a U.S. Permanent Resident Card, or a Certificate of Indian Status, as well as photo identification. A passport is the only universally-accepted identification document.

If you are a permanent resident of the U.S, you should also bring your Permanent Resident Card with you. If you are a permanent resident of the U.S. and a member of a Trusted Traveller program, you must still travel with a passport and proof of permananent residence. Toronto Pearson is Toronto's main airport, approximately 30 km (40-45 minutes) west of the city centre.
    By Taxi
    Airport limousine services and taxis are located on the ground level of Terminal 1 and the arrivals level at Terminal 3. Fares average approximately $50-70 CAD.

    By Train (UP Express)
    Trains between Pearson Airport and downtown Toronto take 25 minutes and run every 15 minutes. (5:30am - 1:00am daily). A one way fare from Pearson to Union Station is $12.35.

    By Car
    • Take Exit 1 and travel to Highway 427
    • Exit onto 427 South.
    • Keep left and follow signs for Gardiner Expressway/Toronto and merge onto Gardiner Expressway East
    • Take the Spadina Avenue exit
    • Keep left and turn left onto Spadina, going north
    • Take a right onto Bloor Street West
    • Take a right onto Queen's Park (Avenue Rd.)
    • Victoria University will be on your left / Pay parking is available nearby on Bloor Street West.

    By Bus
    The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) offers 24-hour bus service from Pearson Airport. The 900 Airport Express bus departs from Pearson Airport (Terminals 1 and 3) to Kipling subway station. The fare is $3.25 (exact change) paid on the bus. You can transfer to the subway or any other TTC vehicle without paying any additional fare; you should get a paper “transfer” from the driver as proof of payment. Get on any subway train at Kipling station and ride to St George station, which is within easy walking distance of the conference venue. From St George, you can also transfer to Line 1 of the subway and ride one station south to Museum station; exiting the subway on the east side of Museum station puts you directly on the Victoria University campus.

Porter Airlines, located on the Toronto Islands, flies direct to numerous Canadian destinations and to the following US cities: New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C., Orlando, and Myrtle Beach. It offers connections to many other US cities via its partner airline, JetBlue. Passengers can take either the ferry or the underground pedestrian tunnel from Billy Bishop Airport to the Mainland.
