Graduate Student Positions
On average, one or two graduate student positions are available in the Blencowe Lab each year. Students interested in a rotation should contact Dr. Blencowe directly:
Our main laboratory is in the Donnelly Centre, located within the main University of Toronto campus and thriving downtown Toronto. Together with its neighbouring institutes and departments, the Donnelly Centre forms a thriving interdisciplinary community that is at the forefront of research in genomics. Research in our Centre is driven by collaboration and further facilitated by excellent administrative and support staff, as well as core facilities. The stunning physical environment of the Donnelly Centre with its lush gardens, abundance of light and great views of Toronto, provide an outstanding place to work. Additional information on the Donnelly Centre can be found at https://thedonnellycentre.utoronto.ca.
Some of our research is currently being performed in our recently established satellite lab in the Centre for Developmental Neurobiology at King's College London, and in the Brain-RNA Networks Laboratory at the Francis Crick Institute, which is co-directed by Prof. Jernej Ule.
