Alumni Recognition Event – Last Chance to Register
It's not too late to Register for the Society of Graduates Alumni Recognition Event! (secure online Visa/MasterCard payment is now available through Moneris).
This event, which includes the SOG Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2005 from 5:30 – 8:00 pm at the University Club of Toronto ( 380 University Avenue ).
Come out and celebrate the accomplishments of your colleagues, meet new and old colleagues and learn about exciting trends in health care management.
The event will celebrate the Class of 1980 -- our twenty-five year silver anniversary class and the first MHSc class. We will also recognize the work of our colleagues with awards and hear from an outstanding speaker, Dr. Ian McKillop speaking on “Drowning in Data: What is a Healthcare Executive To Do?”
Dr. Ian McKillop holds the JW Graham Research Chair in Health Information Systems at the University of Waterloo where he helps lead UW's I deas for Health Informatics Cluster, a group dedicated to promoting electronic innovations in data, evidence and application systems in medical and health settings. He is also an Adjunct Scientist with the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES) and Adjunct Faculty with the Department of HPME.
