Sophie A. Jamal Receives Young Investigator Award

Sophie A. Jamal, alumnus of the HPME PhD Clinical Epidemiology program (Class of 2003), received the 2003 Young Investigator Award from the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR). Dr. Jamal is Assistant Professor / Clinical Research Fellow in the Department of Medicine, Staff Endocrinologist at the St. Michael's Hospital and a consultant with the Osteoporosis Society of Canada Scientific Advisory Council.
