Preschool: Additional cost

Preschool A: $ 50 (includes course and materials)

Preschool B: $ 100 (includes courses and materials and snacks)

Preschool C: $ 100 (includes courses and materials and snacks)

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: (until May 9th, inclusive): $475
STANDARD REGISTRATION (as of May 10th ): $525
LAST DATE TO REGISTER: June 20, 2008

Cancellations and Refunds:
Up to and including May 23, 2008:
cancellations will be fully refunded less a $50 administration fee.
From May 24 to June 6, 2008:
50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
As of June 7, 2008:
no refunds for cancellations.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to these deadlines.

Cancellation of accommodation reservations operate on a different schedule and must be arranged directly with the hotel.

REGISTRATION NOTES

(i) Preschool Sessions
Preschool sessions are optional. There is an additional cost for these workshops.
Note: you can attend Preschool only, without attending the rest of the Summer School.

(ii) Series
Participants must select one Series only.
Also: All are welcome and encouraged to attend the First Peoples-specific series (1).
NB Francophone participants receiving subsidies must select Series 2.

(iii) Small Groups
Participants must select one Small Group. Participants will stay in the same Small Group for both sessions. Those attending Series 2 (Francophone Series) will attend one Small Group session only.

(iv) Toolbox Sessions
ALL Participants must select two Toolbox sessions (one in Session A and one in Session B).
Also: All are welcome and encouraged to attend the First Peoples-specific workshops.

(v) Personal Development Workshops
Participants must pre-register for Personal Development workshops.

(vi) French-language sessions
Participants must indicate on the registration form if they are attending French-language sessions.

Subsidies for Francophones (living in Ontario)
Participants must indicate on the registration form if they are applying for a subsidy.
