The Halbert Exchange Program is currently accepting applications for the 2019-2020 Halbert Post-Doctoral Fellowship.

The Halbert Post-Doctoral Fellowship is open to graduates from the faculties of humanies, social sciences, social work, education, law and business administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and University of Toronto who will fulfill all requirements for their doctoral degree by August 31, 2019. This post-doctoral fellowship is also open for graduates who have completed their doctoral dissertation no more than three years prior to the date of their application.

Please note that applicants from Hebrew University should submit their application to the Halbert Centre for Canadian Studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Applicants from the University of Toronto should submit their applications to the Halbert Exchange Program at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.

All application documents should be received by February 22, 2019
