The Halbert Exchange Program, based at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto is designed to foster and support collaborative research networks between faculty and students from the University of Toronto and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Applicants from the social sciences, humanities, education and law are welcome to apply to either the Halbert Network Fellowship (for Faculty) or the Halbert Post-Doctoral Fellowship.
