Potential Client Base

The design of the institutional electronic mail service will not preclude the ability to offer the service to the widest possible customer base within the University environment, including:

The size of the student and staff populations that potentially could be interested in this service are detailed in [otAVPPR91] and reviewed in Part 2 of [DS92].

It is assumed also that the design should not inhibit a phased deployment to these various customer groups.
