the architecture of any electronic mail service UTCC may offer.
In particular,
the requirements constrain any potential architecture
in very specific ways.
This section attempts to coalesce
these constraints
and advance some guiding principles and objectives
to provide a foundation
for the development
of an architecture
for an institutional electronic mail service.
