Appointments and Promotions Professor Peggy Leatt named Liberty Health Chair The Department is pleased to announce that Professor Peggy Leatt has accepted an appointment as the first holder of the Liberty Health Chair in Health Management Strategies. Professor Leatt is the former Chair of the Department of Health Administration and was the CEO of the Health Services Restructuring Commission.
