Kathleen Pritchard Awarded O. Harold Warwick Prize

Kathleen Pritchard, Professor in the Department of Medicine and HPME has been selected as the 2005 laureate of the National Cancer Institute of Canada's O. Harold Warwick Prize. This award is given to a scientist whose research has had a major impact on cancer control in Canada.  The award is named after Dr. Warwick, a pioneering researcher in cancer control and treatment, who became the first executive director of both the National Cancer Institute of Canada and the Canadian Cancer Society.  Dr. Pritchard is a medical oncologist at Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Science Centre.
