How to Carry Out a Community Quality of Life Project

A Community Quality of Life Manual

The purpose of this manual is to provide a guide for carrying out community quality of life projects. The approach emphasizes the perceptions of community members of what community factors support and inhibit quality of life. This information is supplemented with those of service providers and elected representatives.

The manual is based upon the development and implementation of two Community Quality of Life Projects in the Toronto communities of Riverdale and Lawrence Heights from the Fall of 1996 through 1997.
